Must Have
9+ years of progressive experience in credit risk, provisioning, analytics, or related disciplines, Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Deep expertise in credit loss provisioning frameworks and analytics, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments and manage ambiguity, Recognized technical leader with industry knowledge
