Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end or luxury bar operations, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities., Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish language., Proven experience developing and executing elevated cocktail programs in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine-dining environments., Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends., Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting., Exceptional mixology and beverage craftsmanship, leadership and organizational skills, Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail, Ability to perform in a fast-paced, luxury service environment, Professional presentation and communication skills, Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
