sales planning & budgeting

setting growth goals for the whole team

determining therapeutic area targets

monitoring market potential

formulating brand strategies based on market trends and customer behavior

overseeing their implementation

recommending corrective actions

making decisions on customer relationship initiatives

reviewing non-product-based programs

maintaining relationships with key customers

Utilizing feedback to refine programs
