7-10 years experience, Exposure to claims operations, Personal and commercial lines claims experience, Compliance and Risk Management experience, Project experience

LLB degree preferred, Bcom degree preferred, Risk Management degree preferred, Post graduate degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide strategic and operational direction
Manage the end-to-end claims value chain
Develop overall strategy for claims management
Develop strategies for seamless customer experience
Ensure continuous improvements in claims
Pro-actively manage risk in Claims business unit
Ensure control measures are put in place
Manage servicing functions
Ensure client queries are dealt with timeously
Analyse and interpret management information
Implement corrective actions
Identify improvement opportunities
Review and monitor work in progress
Predict and implement capacity modelling
Engage with relevant stakeholders
Define quality standards in claims
Define quality standards in servicing
Implement best practices
