What You'll Do.
Oversee the daily operations of the golf program at North Park University.
Analyze performance and instruct athletes in golf techniques and strategies in preparation for and during athletics competition.
Execute game and practice planning/evaluation
including video exchange and breakdown.
Provide on-site coaching in tournaments and practices
including organization and implementation of training schedules for all team members.
Manage all phases of competitive NCAA and CCIW compliant recruiting.
Ensure a commitment to the academic success of golf student-athletes
including monitoring academic performance
Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes
and the campus community.
Participate in fundraising and development events and be visible in the campus community.
and evaluate part-time
or graduate assistant coaches.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Athletics and Sport Management
and Associate and Assistant Athletic Directors.
