What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 - 3 years’ experience as Head Gardener, 3 - 6 years’ experience as grounds person, NVQ2 in Amenity Horticulture, PA1 & PA6 Spraying Certificates, RHS General Certificate in Horticulture
What You'll Do.
Design landscape concepts
Lead planning with residents
Produce maintenance plans
Oversee grounds inspections
Support budget preparation
Monitor grounds expenditure
Use feedback to improve services
Work with contractors
Support new initiatives
Forecast resource needs
Evaluate impact and performance
Improve groundskeeping processes
Manage plant production
Maintain kitchen garden
Supply chefs with produce
Handle resident enquiries
Handle resident complaints
Contribute to environment
Take part in duty management
