Must Have

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment, Experience leading and developing a team, Ability to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastage, Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience, Sound understanding of food safety concerns
