What You'll Do.
Manage all phases of baseball program
Recruit prospective student-athletes
Develop game strategy
Supervise assistant coaches
Schedule program activities
Attend alumni meetings
Organize camps and clinics
Fund-raise for athletics
Adhere to rules and regulations
Perform general administrative duties
Develop rapport with student-athletes
Maintain relationships with parents
Ensure goal alignment
Support student-athlete well-being
Contribute to team goals
Cooperate with team members
Maintain high ethical standards
Maintain legal responsibility

Collect tactical data
Analyze statistical data
