Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk, or related field, 8–10+ years’ experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk within CIB, Proven experience in Investment banking products and services, Proven experience in Regulatory advisory and interpretation, Proven experience in Senior stakeholder engagement and leadership, Experience engaging with regulators and managing complex compliance matters
Nice to Have
LLB or postgraduate qualification advantageous

Provide compliance advisory across CIB coverage
Guide stakeholders on conduct risk
Act as advisor on new products
Lead regulatory interpretation
manage regulatory risks
Oversee compliance input into committees
Ensure implementation of frameworks
Support governance reporting
Act as interface with regulators
Represent Compliance in forums
Contribute to industry discussions
Drive culture of compliance
Deliver training and awareness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with CIB coverage and public sector businesses; Engaging with stakeholders on regulatory requirements; Acting as advisor on strategic initiatives; Engaging with regulators; Representing Compliance in internal and external forums; Leading and developing a team of compliance professionals; Embedding compliance understanding across CIB

Communicate impacts to the business; Stakeholder engagement
