What's the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to join one of our premium corporate client sites located in the heart of Sydney CBD. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading and developing a small team, and delivering exceptional food experiences for our client. From high-end corporate catering and canapés to fresh sandwiches and daily food offerings, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will also be accountable for food safety, kitchen compliance, budget management, and ensuring operational KPIs are achieved. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. * Deliver high-quality food, catering, canapés, and corporate hospitality offerings. * Support, coach, and develop kitchen team members. * Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety requirements. * Manage food costs, labour costs, and operational budgets. * Maintain exceptional food presentation and customer service standards. * Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and operational efficiency. * Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
