We’re searching for a stylish and spirited Head Bartender to lead our vibrant bar team and mix up unforgettable experiences — one cocktail at a time. What You’ll Do: * Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar to ensure efficient and professional service. * Lead, train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar assistants to maintain high performance standards. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, handling requests, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. * Monitor stock levels, place beverage orders, and conduct regular inventory counts to minimize wastage and shortages. * Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and beverage costs. * Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, food safety regulations, and hotel policies. * Develop and recommend new beverage menus, cocktails, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. * Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate processing of transactions. *
