What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree or equivalent, 15+ years in program, portfolio, or transformation management within large, complex organizations, 10+ years of management experience in managing global cross-functional teams and programs and working with strategic suppliers, Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI, digital, or data transformation programs, background operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and governance, understanding of AI-enablement of IT processes and experience to navigating fast-evolving AI ecosystems, vendors, and platforms, Ability to influence without authority across federated organizations, comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new operating models, Exceptional senior stakeholder management and executive communication skills, Solid knowledge of Agile, AI, NLP, GenAI
Nice to Have
Master’s degree is desirable, Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Represent DD&IT in industry forums to promote leadership and address evolving business needs
and serve as a member and/or lead various cross-divisional key initiatives – e. g. Agentic Orchestration Architecture deployment
