**Job Title:** HCM Operator **Location:** Rewari **Intro Summary of the Role:** The Operator – HCM is responsible for achieving efficient and safe operation of HCM, equipment within defined quality and GMP standards. The role ensures timely product delivery, adherence to production parameters, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during assigned shifts. **What You Will Get:** * Hands-on experience operating HCM, ILD, Borsor, and iBox machines * Structured on-the-job and GMP training * Opportunity to enhance technical and operational skills * Safe and collaborative manufacturing environment **What You Will Do:** * Follow gowning procedures, personal hygiene, safety, and GMP guidelines * Operate HCM, ILD, and iBox machines to achieve optimal production output * Perform shift handover and takeover at the workplace * Follow WOPs and SOPs to meet defined process parameters * Conduct capsule sampling, identify defects, and record inspection results * Take corrective actions for quality deviations and production issues * Coordinate with Gelatin Melting (GMR) and Engineering teams for smooth operations * Maintain production documentation, machine logs, and quality records * Perform machine changeovers, line clearance, and equipment setup for new orders * Clean and inspect machines during changeovers and shutdowns * Execute jobs assigned during plant shutdown periods * Participate in and complete all mandatory training programs **What We Are Looking For:** * Strong understanding of GMP and manufacturing discipline * Ability to operate and maintain production machinery * Attention to detail for defect identification and quality compliance * Good teamwork, communication, and discipline on shift operations * Willingness to learn and upskill across HCM, ILD, and iBox operations * Education: ITI or Diploma * Experience: Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment * Languages: English and Hindi Today, Lonza is a global leader in
