Must Have
5+ years consulting experience, 5+ years relevant educational qualifications or experience implementing/supporting HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning solution

Business analysis and requirements gathering skills, Detailed-driven problem solver, Presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skills, Ability and desire to learn technology quickly, Resourceful and comfortable working remotely, Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
What You'll Do.
Act as trusted advisor to customer
Lead implementation of HCM functional streams
Support implementation of HCM functional streams
Gather and understand customer business requirements
Demonstrate core Workday concepts
Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
Perform detailed unit testing
Support customer during multiple rounds of testing
Respond to and resolve test issues
Undertake final deployment activities
Provide knowledge transfer
Provide post-production support
