What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), Minimum of 8 years experience as a Workday consultant, with a focus on Workday HCM implementations, functional understanding of payroll processing and regulations, Workday HCM, report writing certification(s) demonstrating expertise in Workday Payroll functionality or ability to obtain and retain appropriate certifications, Consulting background or experience working for a consulting firm or in a client-facing role, analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into Workday solutions, Knowledge of Workday security and role-based permissions, Experience with data conversion and migration in Workday, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage client relationships, Willingness to travel to client sites as required

What You'll Do.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements
Translate requirements into Workday HCM solutions
Configure and implement Workday HCM modules
Lead workshops and gather business requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis
Advise clients on best practices
Design and build Workday reports
Support client and data conversion teams
Support integration teams
Assist in defining testing strategies
Provide end-user training
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Stay updated on Workday releases
Contribute to internal process improvement
Assist in pre-sales activities
