**Job Description & Summary** Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. We constantly collaborate with Competence Centers, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Personnel Controlling. Our commitment is where our organization needs it. We are looking for: **HC Generalist ** ## Your future role: * Supporting the HC Business Partner in coordinating and delivering LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, Performance & Reward reviews, salary review, talent review and budgeting, * Preparing reports, analyses, summaries and presentations for Human Capital projects and dedicated business units, * Cooperating with personnel administration and finance controlling teams in preparing forecasts and verifying budgets by working with data such as headcount, joiners and leavers, * Participating in HR consulting activities for the business, * Close cooperation with HC Business Partners and other teams within the department structure, * Supporting the delivery of people-related processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and offboarding. * Performing HR data analytics in the areas of salaries, benefits and personal data, * Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results and actively supporting the business in defining actions to improve engagement and satisfaction, * Handling administrative tasks related to HR processes, * Ongoing operational HR support for Team Leaders, ## Apply if you have: * At least 2–3 years of experience in HR (e.g. HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Specialist roles), * Fluent in Polish and English, enabling effective communication in international environments, * Initial experience in
