**Job Description & Summary** Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. We are looking for: **HC Generalist ** ## Your future role: * Supporting the HC Business Partner in coordinating and delivering LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, Performance & Reward reviews, salary review, talent review and budgeting, * Preparing reports, analyses, summaries and presentations for Human Capital projects and dedicated business units, * Cooperating with personnel administration and finance controlling teams in preparing forecasts and verifying budgets by working with data such as headcount, joiners and leavers, * Participating in HR consulting activities for the business, * Close cooperation with HC Business Partners and other teams within the department structure, * Supporting the delivery of people-related processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and offboarding. * Performing HR data analytics in the areas of salaries, benefits and personal data, * Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results and actively supporting the business in defining actions to improve engagement and satisfaction, * Handling administrative tasks related to HR processes, * Ongoing operational HR support for Team Leaders, ## Apply if you have: * At least 2–3 years of experience in HR (e.g. HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Specialist roles), * Fluent in Polish and English, enabling effective communication in international environments, * Initial experience in
