Full Job Description
Location: Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, NC Contract: Casual, Part-Time Salary: $30 per hour Start Date: ideally June 24, 2026 Working Hours: Day before and day of Panthers Home Games (Roughly 16 Hours/Week) WHAT THE JOB IS ALL ABOUT: As part of the Hawk-Eye Innovations team, you'll immerse yourself in the thrilling atmosphere of live sports, helping us deliver cutting-edge technology services during football games. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our systems and services. We are looking for someone who can commit to all of the Panthers home games for the season, which will require availability during weekends and holidays. We work whenever sports happen, and often this will require being prepared to work long hours during matches, as we operate until the final second of the game. Don't worry, we will equip you with the technical training, support, and full exposure to our systems to help you perform your day-to-day tasks. Also, looking to encourage personal development and progression whilst helping to increase your impact on what we do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting in the set-up of the replay and injury video review systems - Assisting in the set-up Hawk-Eye Cameras for Line to Gain, Skeletrack, Virtual Measurement and Boundary Camera services - Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures - Liaising with officials, broadcasters and Hawk-Eye staff, both on-site and remotely - Monitoring and maintaining the technology during the games - Maintaining our hardware and equipment throughout the season - Possible work during the off-season for building and maintaining our hardware and equipment - Assisting with any installation and testing of new products and services - Comfortable working at heights YOUR SKILLS: - Ideally a broadcast/engineering background with an understanding of signal flow - Strong technical grounding - Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
