This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in exploring careers within the heavy equipment, mining, construction and engineering industries. During the placement, participants will gain hands on exposure to a variety of business areas which may include workshop operations, parts and logistics, safety procedures and customer service functions. Students will observe experienced professionals, assist with basic supervised tasks and develop a greater understanding of how a leading Caterpillar equipment dealer operates on a day to day basis. The program is designed to provide meaningful insight into real workplace practices while encouraging curiosity and professional growth. The role requires a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a commitment to workplace safety.
