About the Job The role of the Harvest Technician executes the harvest, bucking processes, as well as room cleaning and defoliation. Ensures compliance with company procedures and product specifications. Please note: This job is a temp to hire position. What You Will Do Executes bucking and harvesting processes. Assists in Deleafing plants. Cleans flower rooms post harvest for replanting. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas. Works productively to achieve daily and weekly goals. Expected to display teamwork, mutual respect, open communication within the team and across functions. Adheres to SOP’ s. Adhere to KPI metrics to ensure timely material flow to ensure supply for the processing team. Maintain quality standards and conduct periodic QC checks of WIP material. What We Are Looking For Hardworking individuals that like working with plant material with a mindset geared towards quality and efficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor farm environment under high intensity lighting and warm/humid conditions. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements and tasks. Ability to adapt to different strains’ plant structure during various plant work tasks. Excellent attention
