Must Have
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive preferred), 3 years’ experience in Automotive E/E Design, Basic knowledge of 3D CAD tools and E/E schematics, Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)

Analyze customer designs/requirements
Convert designs to LEONI 2D prints
Ensure design data robustness
Raise technical queries
Communicate with customer's technical department
Perform Design Reviews
Analyze cost of designs
Analyze weight of designs
Provide optimization proposals
Liaise with manufacturing operations
Process engineering changes
Support customer meetings

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate to analyze cost and weight of designs; Liaison with manufacturing operations; Support build phases in harness manufacturing and vehicle assembly plants
