Nice to Have
1+ years of hands-on experience in a shop, manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, robotics, warehouse, or technical environment, Mechatronics, robotics, automotive, fabrication, or technical trade background, Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, low-voltage wiring, sensors, or electromechanical systems, Experience with welding, machining, CAD, or custom fabrication work, Experience supporting field installations, customer deployments, or warehouse operations, Forklift or material handling equipment experience
What You'll Do.

Prepare systems and materials for customer deployments and demonstrations
Occasionally travel onsite to assist with installation
and troubleshooting of robotic systems
and hardware upgrades in both lab and customer environments
Help troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during builds and deployments
Support a wide variety of operational and technical tasks as company needs evolve
Contribute to maintaining a safe

Overview: As a Hardware Technician, you will play a critical hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our robotics lab, shop, and deployments. This is a highly practical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building, fixing, organizing, and solving problems in a fast-paced hardware environment. You will support everything from robot station assembly and fabrication to shipping, inventory, R&D support, and onsite installations. No two days will look exactly the same, and success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
