The Position: Treeswift is looking for a reliable, hands-on Hardware Repair technician based in San Francisco to keep our hardware running in the real world. You'll be the person on the ground — diagnosing issues, making repairs, and ensuring our devices perform at their best wherever they're deployed. What You’ll Do: - Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair our hardware systems (LiDAR, sensors, cameras, power units) - Visit PG&E offices across California to retrieve, assess, and return devices - Follow diagnostic checklists and resolve issues before they escalate - Communicate directly with utility staff in a professional, customer-facing capacity - Coordinate with our engineering team to flag recurring issues and share field f
