Our breakthroughs in spatial AI allow Matic to work reliably in real homes, using only RGB cameras and neural networks running on-device. PRIVACY FIRST What happens in the home, stays in the home. Our robots are private by design, with all data processing performed by the robot itself, not in the cloud. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a driven, multi-talented Hardware Technician to join our HW design and engineering team in Mountain View, CA. This role is extremely hands-on, providing an opportunity to work on our robots holistically and learn about both mechanical and electrical aspects of hardware. What You’ll Do: - Organize and prioritize tasks from members of the ME, EE, and Production teams that will directly contribute to the evolution of our robots - Operate and maintain 3D printers, laser cutters, and other rapid prototyping equipment - Create and assemble fixtures for robot production and testing - Run validation testing on new hardware components - Perform root cause analysis to solve real problems faced
