What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in technical support, Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Experience in project management, Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware, Experience in development in the last 3 years
Nice to Have
Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets, Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, MS degree, Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
