Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends, as needed, Must be willing to work the following shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 1:00am), Schedule may vary depending on site operational needs and flexibility is required regarding overtime and weekend support, Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting upper body, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted, Must be willing to work onsite in Bastrop, TX, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U. S. C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U. S. C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State.

Must Have
High school diploma or equivalency certificate, 1+ years of experience working in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, Experience working with root cause/corrective action systems, Self-motivated, proactive, and experience managing multiple priorities and tasks, Practical experience working within quality management systems (ISO 9001)
What You'll Do.
Ensuring the reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing
Communicate and resolve quality related issues as they relate to the Starlink product department
Document production non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes as required
Support quality management system policies and procedure documentation
Support root cause investigations on Starlink products
Field return triage and root cause
PCB solder rework and x-ray inspections of production MRB for root cause
Support production in critical containments and quality alerts
Assess production compliance to company and industry standards

As a Hardware Reliability Technician on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing, test, and installation.
