Cricut has an immediate opportunity for a Hardware QA Tester in our Hardware Quality team. You will be responsible for carrying out test plans for new & existing products based on the Product Requirements and Engineering Specifications. You should be able to drive the projects independently, and support QA concerns in meetings with cross-functional and project teams. Needed Skills: * Quick learner with a great attitude * Have excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written communication * Self-starter, capable of working independently * Experience with one or more of the following: mechanical parts, gears, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or automotive high-volume quality manufacturing engineering * Able to maintain high attention to detail even while working on repetitive tasks. * Able to lift 70 lbs * Able to travel up to 10% of the time ## Qualifications * Quick learner with a great attitude * Strong in mechanical problem-solving and logical thinking skills * Experience using calipers and digital microscopes * Experience with Microsoft Excel and using basic formulas * Understanding of sum, max, min, average, standard deviation, etc. * Ability to collect, collate, and present data and findings from tests. Preferred skills: * Knowledge of current Cricut products: Explore, Maker, Easy Press and other products and tools * Experience testing, analyzing, troubleshooting, or repairing issues with hardware, mechanical, electronic devices * Experien
