What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD aerospace systems or ground systems, integrating hardware, electronic circuits, and components into larger systems, ensuring compatibility, 5+ years of experience designing integration strategies, troubleshooting issues across electrical and mechanical domains, conducting validation testing, creating technical documentation including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA, 5+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues related ground, software, or hardware systems, root cause analysis on hardware and software interface issues during system bring up, testing, and field deployment, Experience developing and executing detailed test plans, functional testing and performance verification of prototypes and final assemblies, Experience collaborating with design teams to refine system architecture, PCBs, and hardware, providing feedback on serviceability and manufacturing, Experience acting as a technical subject matter expert, coordinating between hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines, Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines, Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, contribute to the DoD mission, work independently and collaboratively on a cross-functional team, demonstrate initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field
