What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, Less than 3 years of working experience, Comfortable working hands-on with hardware, prototypes and test equipment, Naturally proactive – you seek clarity, ask questions, and take initiative rather than wait for direction, Able to manage your own work, follow through on commitments, and communicate progress early, Curious, resilient and motivated to learn across technical and non-technical domains, Singaporean and Permanent Residences in active undergraduate and graduate university programs with less than 3 years of work experience
Nice to Have
Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters or similar tools is a huge plus, Interest in sports, sports technology or data-driven products
What You'll Do.
Own defined hardware tasks or sub-systems
from initial design through testing and iteration
Proactively investigate design challenges
and propose practical solutions
Contribute to schematic design
and validation activities across products
Drive hardware bring-up
using lab equipment to validate performance
Support component selection
Take responsibility for clear documentation
test results and engineering decisions
