Must Have
5 years working experience at OEM or OEM supplier for ADAS project, Electrical Design on mainstream SOC platforms, Deep understanding of ADAS/infotainment Hardware Architecture, Expert knowledge in component development for automotive industry, Familiar with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Serdes and high speed signals design, simulation and problem solving, System Architecture Thinking, Supplier management capabilities

Responsible for IDC hardware development
Evaluate key components

Design Hardware architecture
Perform detailed electrical design
Perform simulation and testing
Perform circuit simulation
Perform thermal simulation
Perform hardware FMEA
Perform DV/PV verification
Support mass production
Responsible for IDC localization project
Conduct hardware architecture review
Conduct design review
Participate in performance acceptance problem analysis
Clarify requirements within Mercedes-Benz organization
Manage maturity of ECU
Ensure development meets timeline
Ensure maturity level of ECU
Organize ECU relevant committee meetings
