Role Summary We are looking for a highly driven Hardware Engineer who is passionate about innovation and eager to build extraordinary products. In this role, you will help design next-generation Storage Server solutions, including high-density NAS, SAN, and unified storage systems with real global impact. You will collaborate directly with R take a hands-on role in board bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation. Build and execute comprehensive hardware test and validation plans, focusing on data integrity and long-term storage reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware challenges—from early-stage design issues to in-field anomalies—to ensure rock-solid performance and product reliability. Own and maintain the Hardware Requirements Document, ensuring a complete and accurate definition of system-level and component-level specifications. Conduct competitive teardowns and feature benchmarking to inform product and architecture decisions. Requirements MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of hands-on hardware development experience with a proven record of delivering production-grade designs.
