Must Have
5+ years experience connector/cable assembly design, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hands-on high-speed technologies experience, Fundamentals in signal integrity, Proficiency in mechanical and electrical CAD tools, Ability to work cross functionally with SW team, Work with ODMs, component suppliers, Hands-on lab equipment skills, Scripting skills to automate tests, Technical communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Server HW designs, Knowledge of product development cycle, Analytical capabilities, Ability to work independently, Experience with server (x86 / ARM) design, Knowledge with PCIe interface Gen4 or above
