Just walk out hardware team is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with strong experience in hardware design, validation, and product release processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hardware development including and not limited to schematic design, PCB layout support, testing, and ensuring compliance with EMC/EMI and regulatory standards. Key job responsibilities Define and drive electrical architecture, system integration, and technical strategy for assigned projects. Create schematics, support PCB layout, and perform design reviews. Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging and support for manufacturing, assembly, deployment, or operational readiness at scale. Lead product validation and release activities, including test plan development and execution. Ensure designs meet EMC/EMI compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing). Support prototype builds, design verification testing (DVT), and production validation (PVT) Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and release artifacts.
