What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in hardware operations, program coordination, technical support, or similar roles, Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least three days per week on-site at AssetWatch headquarters in Dublin, OH, organizational and project management skills, Hands-on comfort with hardware systems or components, Experience or interest in AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow optimization, Customer-facing experience (demos, onboarding, deployments), Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, High attention to detail and execution mindset, Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM, and project management tools, Curiosity and bias toward continuous improvement and automation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc. ) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Identify repetitive operational tasks
Design AI-driven or no-code/low-code automations
Build and maintain workflows
Create automated customer onboarding flows
Continuously evaluate new AI tools
Own weekly procurement of hardware parts
Coordinate sourcing and ordering of components
and manage hardware systems
Conduct customer education sessions
Track and manage customer pipeline stages
Create and maintain asset lists
Coordinate and oversee installations
Support post-install customer success
