## Accountabilities Take full end-to-end ownership of complex engineering problems, from design and implementation to deployment and iteration. Build, ship, and maintain high-performance systems with a strong emphasis on speed, scalability, and reliability. Continuously improve product architecture and codebases with a focus on efficiency and long-term maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly translate product ideas into production-ready systems. Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive technical solutions without waiting for direction. Ensure engineering excellence through rigorous self-review, testing, and fast feedback loops. Contribute to system-level decisions that shape product direction and technical strategy. Requirements Proven ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced engineering environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and languages. Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade systems at speed. High agency, strong initiative, and comfort working without heavy structure or guidance. Deep understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture principles. Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical execution over theoretical discussion. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in high-intensity teams.
