## Accountabilities Take full end-to-end ownership of complex engineering problems, from design and implementation to deployment and iteration. Build, ship, and maintain high-performance systems with a strong emphasis on speed, scalability, and reliability. Continuously improve product architecture and codebases with a focus on efficiency and long-term maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly translate product ideas into production-ready systems. Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive technical solutions without waiting for direction. Ensure engineering excellence through rigorous self-review, testing, and fast feedback loops. Contribute to system-level decisions that shape product direction and technical strategy. Requirements Proven ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced engineering environments.
