Must Have

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, At least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role, Experience managing hard services in commercial or corporate environments, Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, Understanding of Japanese business culture and workplace practices, Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail, Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, Interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across cultures, Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside normal business hours when required

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Building Operator Certification (BOC), or equivalent Japanese qualifications, Experience working with international clients or in multinational corporate environments, Knowledge of ISO standards related to facilities management and quality systems
