5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required, Skilled across multiple trade areas, Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, Attention to detail, Customer-friendly attitude, Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, tools, Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
Nice to Have
Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred
