High school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver's license, Clean and reliable vehicle, Willingness to complete background check, Willingness to complete drug screening, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to remain on feet for extended periods, Ability to follow instructions, Ability to work effectively as part of a team, Verbal communication skills, Previous hands-on experience with home repairs, Previous hands-on experience with maintenance, Previous hands-on experience with DIY projects, Basic familiarity with common household tools
Nice to Have
Previous experience assisting on construction projects, Previous experience assisting on maintenance projects, Previous experience assisting on handyman projects, Knowledge of basic carpentry, Knowledge of basic painting, Knowledge of basic drywall, Knowledge of basic fixture installation, Customer service skills
