What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, resume screening, or candidate evaluation, 1+ years experience using google suite tools such as spreadsheets and docs, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently, Comfortable making informed recommendations and exercising sound judgment during candidate review processes, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing resumes across a variety of industries or functional areas, Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, recommend more efficient workflows, and contribute to operational improvements
