Eligibility Requirements

Valid drivers’ license and a car., Travel to managed units and client meetings within the UAE during this time is required, The role may require regular site visits, unit inspections, coordination with vendors, and movement between properties., The employee is expected to support urgent operational requirements, peak handover periods, and emergency coordination as required by management.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of two years' experience in property management, handover processes, or a related role, property handover, snagging inspection, facilities operations, maintenance coordination or similar site inspection role., Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)., Valid drivers’ license and a car.

Nice to Have

Maintenance background and technical know-how are preferred, especially for identifying common MEP, finishing and readiness issues., understanding of real estate regulations and handover procedures., Proven experience in team leadership and project management., Familiarity with facilities management and property management software., Experience working with developers and clients in the real estate sector., Arabic language is a plus

What You'll Do.

Oversee the handover process

ensuring a seamless transition of properties from developers to clients

Conducting property and unit inspections

Preparing inspection and snagging reports

Supporting handover and move-in/move-out coordination

Confirming unit readiness

Maintaining accurate records

Assisting stakeholders throughout the handover process

Manage the handover team

coordinating inspections

and communication between all parties involved

Oversee all aspects of the handover process for residential and commercial properties

ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.

Lead and manage the handover team

providing training and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.

Liaise with developers

and clients to facilitate clear communication and ensure a smooth transition during the handover process.

Conduct thorough property inspections prior to handover

identifying any issues or discrepancies that need to be addressed.

Ensure all necessary documentation

including handover certificates and checklists

are completed accurately and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the handover process

addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Actively resolve any issues that arise during the handover

coordinating with the facilities team and vendors as needed.

Identify opportunities to enhance the handover process and implement improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Team & Collaboration

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, developers, and internal teams.; professional communication during handovers and site visits.

Process & Methodology

Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
