Must Have
2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional spa/ salon, O-Level education, formal certifications in Hair Services and Makeup, command of English, solid numeracy and interpersonal abilities, Technical expertise in hair services for all hair types, including cutting, styling, coloring, and bridal hair, Advanced skills in specialized treatments, such as hair extensions, Professional training in makeup artistry, with the ability to deliver day and bridal looks across diverse skin tones, Confidence and willingness to provide treatments for both male and female guests

What You'll Do.
Carry out daily responsibilities with efficiency and support your supervisor in meeting operational needs
Provide professional hair and makeup services including cutting
ensuring treatments meet company standards
recommend services and products
and upsell treatments
and retail items in a thoughtful and personalized manner
Maintain expert product knowledge
apply treatments safely and accurately
and ensure the salon/spa is clean
and fully operational
Handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism
accommodating requests
and resolving concerns promptly
and guest conduct follow telephone and process retail transactions accurately
Prepare and serve spa welcome drinks
and report facility or equipment issues in a timely manner
Use reservations software confidently
and contribute to smooth administrative operations
Participate in training
support colleagues during peak times
and act as a role model for teamwork and service excellence
Work flexibly across hair/makeup services and reception duties
Perform any additional duties as assigned
