Ensuring services provided are effective and secure

Meeting company's profitability objectives

Actively tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the services provided

Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Financial Performance

On-Time Delivery (OTD)

and On-Time Completion (OTC)

Identifying risks that could impact contract execution

Implementing or ensuring the implementation of mitigation actions to prevent service disruptions and financial losses

Collecting and discussing customer feedback

Launching and piloting any required action plan

Providing customers with information on new support and service offerings to continuously improve the support model
