Position Overview We are seeking an experienced GNC Lead Engineer to design, develop, and validate guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace applications. This role will play a pivotal part in driving innovation and ensuring the performance and reliability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering, extensive experience in GNC systems, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve technical excellence. What You’ll Do Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for aerospace systems. Develop simulation environments to validate system performance under various operational scenarios. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of GNC systems. Conduct trade studies and performance analyses to optimize system designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the GNC team. Oversee system testing, including hardware-in-the-loop and flight tests, to verify and validate system performance. Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, including ITAR and ISO 9001, in all GNC-related activities. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
