In this role, the Guest Surveyor supports the Conservation, Education, and Science (CES) Section by gathering essential information about the Zoo guest experience. Surveyors engage directly with guests as they exit the park, administering questionnaires that help the Zoo better understand visitor perspectives, evaluate educational programming, and strengthen conservation messaging.
