Guest Services Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor) Location: 420 Supreme Ct, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 Schedule: Full-Time / Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of housekeeping, janitorial, and linen services operations to ensure a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role provides supervision, training, workflow coordination, and quality oversight for hospitality services staff and/or contracted vendors while supporting operational efficiency, cleanliness standards, and supply stewardship across assigned facilities. The Guest Services Supervisor collaborates closely with operational, clinical, dining, behavioral health, and facilities teams to support a positive client experience and maintain environmental service standards aligned with organizational expectations.
