Assign staff responsibilities and monitor workflow
Conduct routine inspections of resident areas
Address environmental service concerns promptly
Escalate operational issues appropriately
Serve as a facility-level point of contact for

and ongoing performance feedback
Conduct shift huddles
and individual check-ins
Oversee linen inventory
Collaborate with operational and behavioral health teams to
Support inventory oversight and ordering of hospitality-related supplies
Monitor staffing patterns and overtime utilization
Identify opportunities for operational improvement
Coordinate with contracted vendors to ensure expectations
Collaborate with Dining
Participate in operational meetings
Provide updates to leadership regarding staffing
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding company information
Complete all required trainings as designated by the
