Guest Services Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor) Location: 100 Upper Demunds Rd, Dallas, PA 18612 Schedule: Full-Time / Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of housekeeping, janitorial, and linen services operations to ensure a clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role provides supervision, training, workflow coordination, and quality oversight for hospitality services staff and/or contracted vendors while supporting operational efficiency, cleanliness standards, and supply stewardship across assigned facilities. The Guest Services Supervisor collaborates closely with operational, clinical, dining, behavioral health, and facilities teams to support a positive client experience and maintain environmental service standards aligned with organizational expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and day-to-day oversight of housekeeping, janitorial, and linen services staff and/or contracted vendors. Assign staff responsibilities and monitor workflow to promote accountability, consistency, and service quality. Conduct routine inspections of resident areas, offices, common spaces, hallways, stairwells, kitchens, loading docks, and other assigned facility areas
