What You'll Do.
Maintain the highest level of safety
and service standards for all ground operations
Ensure the smooth daily operations by Guest Services at Check-in Counter
Prepare daily operations reports
Ensure staff are properly planned before the start of operations
Update staff on any information
Conduct briefing and de-briefing
Assign staff to their designated areas
Ensure all required tools are sufficient and in order
Ensure the check-in counter opens 4 hours before departure time
Ensure all systems are running prior to counter opening
Monitor staff movement and discipline
Report to superior for further action when required
React promptly to any delay
Inform the Supervisor on duty to take necessary action
Ensure all SOPs are implemented in accordance with GOM
Comply with Airline Standards

_Job Description_ **Bahrain International Airport** **Guest Services Officer** **AirAsia X** **Full time** ### **YOUR ROLE AS A :** AirAsia X is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented **Guest Services Officer – Bahrain International Airport** to be part of the best airline team in the sky! This position reports to the **Station Manager**. The Guest Services Officer shall maintain the highest level of **safety, security, and service standards** for all ground operations. ### **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** This position reports to the Station Manager. The Guest Service Officer shall also maintain the highest level of safety, security, and service standards for ground operations. ### **YOUR DUTIES** * To ensure the smooth daily operations by Guest Services at **Check-in Counter, Gate Management, and Arrival Hall** , including preparation of **daily operations reports**. * To ensure that staff are properly planned before the start of operations by: * Updating staff on any information * Conducting briefing and de-briefing * Assigning staff to their designated areas * Ensuring all required tools are sufficient and in order * To ensure the **check-in counter opens 4 hours before departure time**. * To ensure all systems are running prior to counter opening (i.e. **conveyor, BHS, tubs, and FIDS**). * To **monitor staff movement and discipline** and report to superior for further action when required. * To **react promptly to any delay** and inform the Supervisor on duty to take necessary action. * To ensure all **SOPs are implemented in accordance with GOM**. * To comply with **Airline Standards, Safety Performance, applicable laws, and procedures** in all locations where operations are conducted. ### **YOUR TRAITS** * Possess personal traits of being **friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous**. * A **self-starter** and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment. * Proficient in **oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia** , or local language where
