What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience, 18 years of age or older, Flexible schedule with ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, Comfortable learning and using POS systems and basic computer software, Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations
Nice to Have
Experience with Vend POS or Google Drive, Bilingual or multilingual, Prior experience in retail, hospitality, museum, or entertainment environments
What You'll Do.
Greet and assist visitors with warmth
Sell admission tickets and retail merchandise using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Handle card transactions accurately.
Share information about Meow Wolf’s exhibits
Monitor crowds and exhibits to ensure guest and facility report issues as needed.
conduct inventory counts
and maintain product knowledge.
Support special events or 21+ functions as needed
following proper safety and access protocols.
