What You'll Do.
Interacting with guests and groups – engaging
introducing yourself and initiating conversation.
Explaining each attraction and communicate the individual restrictions and age requirements.
Helping move and manage line-ups and traffic flow.
Communicating extensive resort knowledge with guests - resort events
childcare and parking facilities.
Sharing your passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and helping to orient guests to the Mountain.
Supporting the Guest Services team and Events Teams in promotion
organization and execution of activities and special events.
Occasionally assisting in facilitation of groups and conferences greeting buses
and other duties as required
